Early Achievers Academy is looking to interview professionals in the early education field. We are a early education environment that educates up to 42 children as licensed by DCFS, Illinois. We have a friendly environment which provides state approved educational programs to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We believe in creative consistent education and we have an open door policy to our parents. Safety comes first and education is a given. We educate the leaders of tomorrow, today and we would love for you to join our team.

Must meet IL DCFS Director minimum requirements:

• 64 college credit hours from an accredited college or university with 21 semester hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development from birth to age 6
• 1 administrative, leadership or management class OR Gateways Director Credential- 1
• Must have at least 3 years of director and teaching experience in the childcare environment.
• Must understand NAYCE standards

Lead Teacher
- Must be at least 21 years of age
And meet all IL DCFS requirements
Assistant Teacher
- Must have a high school diploma
- Experience working with children
