Childcare can be very costly and finding a childcare center that balances affordability with quality can be a real challenge to parents. At EAA, we understand the economics surrounding having quality care at an affordable cost. EAA has found a way to assist our parents along with providing staff that are passionate, qualified teachers, and programs that offer fun, educational experiences for children at competitive rates. Enrollment and Tuition
We accept applications for enrollment on a rolling basis year round. Acceptance is dependent upon current capacity and fulfillment of enrollment requirements. Please call or email our center director, Cassandra Seawood, for more information and to get started with our application process.
Tuition Plans
Infant-Toddler Tuition Rates
FULL-TIME CARE: Ages 6 weeks- 4-years old
A registration fee of $50 is required of all new participants. This fee is non-refundable and is due before the child enters the school.
Monday – Friday
5 Days ,$325 weekly, $1300 monthly
3 Days, $195 weekly, $780 monthly
2 Days, $130 weekly , $520 monthly
Ages 5 years - 12-years old Tuition rates
A registration fee of $50 is required of all new participants. This fee is non-refundable and is due before the child enters the school.
Full-Time Care
Monday - Friday
5 days $225 weekly, $900 monthly
3 days $135 weekly, $540 monthly
2 days $90 weekly, $360 monthly
Tuition payments are non-refundable unless a child is withdrawn at the request of the Early Achievers Academy, Director and are due in full before the 5th of each month. Late pick-ups are subject to a $1 per minute charge due upon return to care.
A registration fee of $50 registration fee is required for all new participants. This fee is non-refundable and is due before the first day of enrollment.
We offer different payment methods. We accept money order, cash and Zelle.
Tuition covers the full cost of care and meals. Parents are asked to contribute supplies as needed. There may be additional fees for Field Trips and donations for special events maybe contributed throughout the year. If this happens parents will be notified via newsletters.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
School fees are due in full before the 5th day of each month. A late fee of $50 (for monthly payment) and $15 (for weekly payment) will be charged after the 5th of every month and after Monday every week. Also note, for the parents opting for weekly payment have to pay for the extra week (if there are 5 weeks in any month). For the convenience of families a payment plan can be requested. Fees are non-refundable unless a child is withdrawn at the request of the Early Achievers Academy, Director. CCAP is paid in the rears and cash paying clients are required to pay in advance. If CCAP is not paid parents are responsible and children may be un-enrolled.

EAA is happy to support corporations that seek to provide childcare support to their employees. We will work with employers by providing discounted rates and bi-weekly direct deposit support. If you are an employer and you seek to provide childcare reimbursement as a benefit to your employees, please contact us to achieve the best rate and the best service offerings to keep your staff and your business at a high rate of production and a low rate of employee turnover due to childcare.
IDHS' Child Care Assistance Program provides low-income, working families with access to affordable, quality child care that allows them to continue working and contributes to the healthy, emotional and social development of the child. CCAP can help families pay for care in center-based or home settings. Families are required to cost-share on a sliding scale based on family size and income.
